All of our employees are trained in a no stress environment until they are fully comfortable with the responsibility of performing all transloading procedures just as they are written. Our procedures were created to comply with the highest level of safety, ensuring smooth, incident free production and most importantly the health and safety of our employees and those who work with us.
We put an emphasis on retaining and developing people in key roles. Employees are regularly audited on operational procedure, randomly drug tested and confidentially evaluated by co-workers and management.
Maintaining transparency and openness of the promotion process, operational procedures and executive decisions is important to us. We believe that ongoing engagement and communication is essential in motivating our talented staff. That is why our management team conducts regular employee assessments in order to improve understanding and clarity on each side of the relationship between employee and employer.
